The hotspot

I love the excitement and joy sparked at the platforms in the hills around Taipei. The way people mingle and mix, cameras and phones changing hands, smiles thrown and arms wrapped around and between people. Taipei can be controlled, even timid at times. The tourists’ exuberance and high spirits is a welcome diversion from that!
